        -It is mordant and oxidant, used in printing and dyeing industry and inorganic industry.

        -It is a herbicide, used in agriculture.

        -The pharmaceutical industry is used to manufacture medicinal zinc oxide and sodium dithiosuccinate. The pigment industry is used to make high-grade zinc oxide and Hualan.

        - Bleach, used for papermaking, tanning and ore treatment.

        - Used for extracting bromine from seawater and manufacturing printing ink and explosives.

        - Used for the verification of silicon dioxide, nutrients, adhesives.
